haha... thats awesome.

to tell a quick story that perswayed me to buying my Tacoma actually. I had a '76 Celica that was given to me which my intentions were to rally the hell out of it, jump it, basically beat the livin piss outta it and once those few hours were done, I'd leave it and walk away. Well, we did just that... jumped it, and we're talking JUMPED IT... tried to pop the motor driving around in 1st gear at wide open throttle, etc.. turns out the thing wouldn't die and I ended up driving it for the next nearly 5 years as my daily driver to and from work. This thing was hideous, yet one of my favorite cars I've ever owned. Ya gotta love those cars that you could care less about... sorta like a true work truck. Anyhow, drove the car for nearly five years changing the only only twice in that time frame.. only added oil here and there..haha. The tach stated 8000 rpm so I tried it several times without it popping... turns out the car gets totalled from a old lady that couldn't drive straight and my baby was ruined... yet it still ran... haha...

Glad you did post it. I told my Toyota dealer General Mmanager about it a couple of months ago. He hadn't seen it and wanted me to foward the link to him.

So now I can.

BTW, it was on TV again today, either speed or discovery. Apparently part one of the show. It showed up to and including burning the truck. I guess part 2 shows blowing I up.

Seriously though I love that video, but I think the reality for us here in North America looks more like this.

Caution these pictures are very graphic and should not be viewed by Toyota owners who are sensitive to such images of carnage.
