I wonder if those tires are ultra heat rated to drive through the lava pools. Maybe it's the Hawaiian version of a swamp buggy.

It won't pass inspection. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought in HI the fenders had to fully cover the tires. I had problems geting a CJ7 to pass inspection there in '95 for that reason.
