Default Please help with remote starter with OEM keyless entry

This is my first post, been reading alot, now I need help with a remote starter use with EOM keyless entry system. I own a 06 Taco, prerunner, auto tran, I bought from ebay Valet remote start module model 561t/ 556u immobilizer interface/ Toy-1 T-Harness wires. I though I could do it easy with the T-harness and reading here, but after I lay all the wires from remote start module+ immobilizer, there are too many wires, now I am confusing and scare , T-harness help me to install the immobilizer easy but I need help with all the wires from the starter module. Anybody help me, thank you a million.
