Hey Ya'll,

Greenblazer in da hizouse. Just got my 2007 Tacoma V6 Double Cab PreRunner SR5 on 05-08-08 I love my truck. I have been tracking my fuel economy best tank so far was 26.66 MPG. I am trying to plan a Tacoma get together in AZ, I'll post about it in the regional forum.

Hello, my name is Jay and I drive a black '08 tacoma SR5 dbl. cab and I am impressed with what it can do. I go every where with my truck, 'cause living on the Queen Charlotte Islands (north west coast of Canada) majority of driving is done off-road (logging roads or the beach), and I haven't had a problem with any terrain yet, even cross-ditches with stock suspension. I am looking into getting bigger tires for it but I am unsure 'cause I have 285 mudterrains on it right now and it rubs in the front end a bit so I need off-set rims too. Oh well a work in progress.

I sold my truck before I deployed(ford ranger

)last year. I'm due back in November and I'm looking for a 2005+ DC SR5 (4x4/2?) Taco. I'm looking for a do-it all pickup with 4 doors and a near plush ride(2 back surgeries

)<<<and steering wheel mounted radio controls. I'm also needing a 200K mile truck--so my money is on the toyota.

This is a Great site with lots of information. I'm truely looking forward to buying my 'long awaited' Tacoma and learning more about these trucks prior to my purchase.

After a looong absents from Toyota I'm back. Just picked up a 08 Taco access cab. It's doing more the I had expected in fuel economy and ride. looking for things to add now

Hi everyone, My name is Brian and I just downgraded from a 2005 Double Cab limited Tundra to a 2009 Double cab Tacoma TRD. I loved the Tundra but couldn't deal with the gas mileage and turn radius. I will now be lurking in the Tacoma section. Take care.

just joined........have had my 05 Tacoma for a couple years now. Came across the site while searching/studying options for mp3 player input on factory head unit. Decided to join up.....maybe some pretty cool guys on here. I like to hunt & fish, which explains why I own a Toy........gotta have a Toyota 4x4 to get to the deer woods, duck hole, and fishin hole. My wife also has a 06 4Runner.

Hello everyone. I bought my first truck two weeks ago, the 08 Tacoma and have been having a ball with it. Juli got the first chance to go mud slinging in it when we went to get our Christmas tree at the lot in the NC mtns. The weather had been bad a few days before so there was still mud and ice on the road going up there. Looking forward to getting in on the discussions.

Sorry, forgot to introduce myself. Im Larry and my wife is Juli. Our other vehicle is the 03 Highlander and we have both previously owned Toyota's. I had a 72 Mark II and she had an 80 Celica. Those were driven till the wheels fell off.

Hello everyone! I purchased my Tacoma last week, details in my signature. Basically it is an '08 Prerunner with the TRD Off Road package. This is my second Toyota truck, the last one I purchased new fresh out of college in 1989 (regular cab DX 4x4, 22RE, 5 speed) and sold 7 years later. In between was one Chevy Silverado and two VW diesels, a Golf and Jetta respectively.

Glad to be back with Toyota, I really like this Taco so far!

Hi just found your site I had a 96 Tocoma 4wd xtracab & was part of the buyback. I took the money & found a 03 Tacoma 4wd xtracab & I am very happy with my upgrade. My Tacoma is red impulse pearl & I just replaced the bumpers with black powder coated ones I also painted the grill flat black & removed all chrome emblems.I want to replace the chrome emblems with black vinyl but need ideas.
