Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I traded my 2001 F-150 for a 2005 Silver D-Cab Tacoma about a month ago and I am very happy and impressed w/ the Tacoma so far. The main reason I chose the new Tacoma is b/c of good gas mileage while still having a nice amount of power. I was nervous about going from the Triton V8 to a V6 but i do not regret anything about my decision. I have had 0 problems with my Tacoma and hopefully wont have problems anytime soon.
This looks like a good forum and hope to stay a frequent visitor for a long time.

Whats up everyone. Just got rid of my 98 Acura Integra for a 2005 2WD V6 5-speed auto black DC Tacoma with the TRD Off Road Pkg #1. The other good thing they put in for me that I didn't ask for was the 6 cd-changer, 6 speaker, sub, with the steering wheel audio controls. This is a big difference from driving my lowered Integra. Hope to get a lot of info anf feedback from this forum to help me out since I am a newbie to the truck world.

Hey all I recently placed a deposit at a local dealership on the 2005 XRunner! Should be recieving the truck Oct. 20th I am having the TRD supercharger installed by toyota 300hp! Does anyone have any private info on the truck, I've seen it in the blue and the red but not yet the black and curiosity has kicked in. If anyone has pics on the truck besides all of um on the net let me know!

I just picked up my new X-Runner last weekend, it is my first Toyota truck, and my second Toyota ever. So far I love it, it will be the second truck I have ever owned. The first being a '96 Dodge Indy Ram, which I loved, until selling in 2000.
Hopefully I will have a lot to contribute as I do quite well with electronics and modifications.
