Default Houston owners down to run?

Any Tundras down for a friendly run. As some of you might know, I recently purchased DT headers, afe intake and Zoomers exhaust. I really would like to see, how much of a difference these mods made. The only downside is, I have these heavy tires on there now which are 305 65 18's. Let me know, who would like to run. RC owners, stay out of my thread

We running in Baytown or Sealy? I will have intake and exhaust. So... it will demonstrate the headers. Are we runnin' for pinks? Make sure you have yours with you. LOL.

Congrats on the new headers. I am anxious to hear a report about the improved pefrormance after the ECU learns the new bolt ons.

Dude, check out Texas World Speed Way. They have a Ferrari weekend. Why not get the area Toyota dealers to put out for a Toyota weekend? We could race, BS, watch all the fun of the little fart can exhaust Scions and Toyotas rolling around the track. We could have a cop free tire roasting weekend. SCHWEET!!

I had 4 wheel parts put a 3" Pro Comp lift on my 4x2 AC 03'. It was about that price and included an alignment. It was great work. Truck drove straight, no squeaks or rattles, and they delivered it on time. That is worth the extra $$ for me.

I totally understand trying to get the best price and it is your truck and money. I just think about all the radical stuff they do to various 4x4's and a 3" Toytec lift is a piece of cake for them. Peace of mind. When I get back to town I am going to check out Chaco's rig. I swore I'd never lift a truck again but the itch is getting bad. Maybe some DT header's and a Toytec lift will be just the ticket.

Please keep us up to date if you find a good place that does good work for less. Thanks

4 wheel parts told me they would do a ready lift on mine 2.4inch for 500.00. This includes the kit, installation, and alignment.

I asked them if they could do a Truxxx they said they couldnt and said they couldnt install it if i a purchased it!

Id race you.... If i still had my R6

The gas to San Antonio and back and time used prob wouldnt be worth it...

(especially when your getting 10mpg... Main reason i have held out on getting a lift)

Well lets see. My installer would do it for about $80 and my truck gets 15 mpg. I think id be saving money on that install. You can buy alot of gas even at todays prices for $220. But then that just MY uneducated opinion...
