Join us to our 8th Annual
Wheelers-4-Wishes toy run family event to be held on December 13th at the
Pasadena Fairgrounds in conjunction with the
USMC Toys-4-Tots Foundation.
Here is a little history about how Wheelers-4-Wishes all came together:
Jim McDonald and Shannon Brookshire, who are avid off-roaders, came up with the idea for an umbrella group of 4x4 enthusiasts to help folks at Christmas...the group was named "Wheelers-4-Wishes" (W4W). W4W began having a show and shine begininning in 2001 at the San Jacinto mall in Baytown, TX. Any and all 4x4, custom cars, bikes, etc...can be under W4W. Later, in 2004 our annual event was held at East-Side Honda in Baytown, TX and we met a nice lady involved with a bunch of bikers doing a "toy run" and benefiting toys for tots. Jimmy and Shannon went to check out their event and decided to join in. At first, the bikers were a little reluctant to have us involved. Their event had always been a biker thing and they were a little concerned about our plans for RTI ramp, Car Crunch etc.... Now, after 3 years, we have gained their trust and more importantly, their respect. W4W puts on a professional, quality event and raise a lot of money every year for needy children.
Sign Up for our Show and Shine contest. Here is your chance to show off your rig. Whether it is a bling, bling mall crawler, mud bogger, or a custom show rig there is a category for you. The show is a chance for everyone to come out and mingle with fellow 4x4 enthusiast and show off your rig.
Classes consists of:
STOCK; SEMI-MODIFIED; MODIFIED; TRAIL; SHOW TRUCK; MOST MUD; HARD LUCK; & KIDS RIDES
Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in each class; so come out be heard and be seen win a prize in your class.
Small entry donation fee of a new unwrapped toy and any nonperishable food items is necessary to compete. Show & shine starts at
10:00am and final votes will be accepted till
12:30pm. The earlier you show up the bigger the chance you have to win.
This year we are kicking it up a notch, we managed to get a hold of 7 junked cars to
CRUSH and
BASH on.
Car Crushing will start at
12:30pm and continue till
3:30pm &
4:00 -5:00pm. A $10 dollar donation will buy you a chance to show off and test your rig crushing skills.
Car Bashing will start in conjunction with the the show & shine at
10:00am and end at
3:30pm. A $5 dollar donation buys you a chance to finally beat at a car as hard as you can.
Raffles & Awards will be presented at
3:30pm then continue to the
CAR CRUNCH again. Trophies will be awarded and a variety of 4x4 related items will be raffled out. Tickets will be sold all day long till
3:30pm; $5 per ticket and $20 for 5 tickets. Tickets and raffle items will be called out in random order and the person with the most tickets win.

Color Guard, VW Car show, Bike Field Events, Live Auction, Chili Cook-Off, Food Vendors, Live Music (by Guitar Phil Band), Raffles, Motorcycle Show, Auto Raffle (used Nissan Pathfinder), Hardley Bike Raffle, Kid's Zone, Games & Amusements, Santa & his Elves, Kids Train Ride, Vendors, 4X4 Camaraderie
