Default Houston exhaust install help.

Ordered my exhaust and was wondering if any of you guys on the southside of Houston could point me to a good shop that wont rape my wallet. I got a 50 SUV flowmaster dual in/out and was wanting to run slant tips out behind each tire. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I called a couple guys where Im at and it just seemed rediculously high.

i had my past two tundras exhaust done at a muffler shop on the east side of houston. Uvalde Muffler is the name of the shop. they have always done a good job on my trucks. about a year and a half after i had the exhaust done on my first tundra, one of the hangers broke. i went in and they fixed it for free. to me, that is a sign of a good business....keeping the customers happy. PM me if you want some more info on where they are and who to talk to.

I got an inspection sticker for an old car for $50... how is that? they never even put my car on the dyno.

there is also a place in Alvin, I'll have to find the number but they'll install custom straight pipes on a street legal car

Evol Ardnut, what leveling kit did you get? Im leaning towards the LowRangeOffroad for no other reason than it looks like good quality. Since I am not very well educated yet on the ins and outs of the kits, are new shocks a necessity when installing one? Let me know who you find to do yours and how it turns out since we are around the same area. That will hopefully be next for me after the exhaust!

Check out Bensons Wheel & Alignment in Webster, TX on Highway 3.
My dad owns a shop in Webster but doesn't do that type of stuff but when we did it for my truck we took it to Bensons. You just gotta call and make an appointment.

Jeff, (MYGRNTRUK),

Thanks for the hookup. Meant to visit him a while ago, but finally got out to see Lounds and John at Uvalde Muffler. Was about a 45 minute drive but well worth it. Both guys are class acts and they have my referrel for anyone who cares! Top notch work and very cool to talk to. (John is hilarious, looks and sounds like Ernest P Worrell as a "bearded 70's throwback")<-his words... I brought my own Flowmaster50, they installed, ran pipes and polished stainless tips for $220. Outstanding work to me and sounds awesome. Most importantly, my wife loves it.

Also Lounds gave me a great reference for my spray in bed liner. $300 out the door at a place called Bryans. Thats as good as I have found and they spoke very highly of the place. So I will keep ya'll updated.
Back to work...
