Wondered if someone could help me out. I just got service done on my vehicle today and I am not happy about it. I want to file a complaint, but I cannot find a email address for someone at the dealership. They have a contact us on their webpage, but I too much to write and not enough space. not sure if anyone in the area has one. Thanks
Oh yeah, just as a reminder, do not do business with Pat Lobb Service department, they are a bunch of crooks!
Just wait...they will probably call ya with a survey of there service. Or you could always contact the manager. I think I would want to make my complaint known in person rather email.

Well, I did make my complaint in person, but now I am backing it up through a formal letter. They do call with a survey, but I have never seen anything done with it.
Goose, call customer service at Gulf States Toyota there in Houston. I had an issue with my Sequoia and they were MOST helpful. Just Google Gulf States Toyota for the number!
