Smile Guess who's back. (w RAV 4)

Wife just picked up an 01 RAV 4. We are back in a Toyota again. Go figure. Looks like a lot of the regulars are still kicking here.

Just passing through and thought I would say hi.

Hey Snoopy ,
No more "zoom-zoom"? The RAV4 is cool....too bad the Forum's gone. You can take up where you left off, in the Tundra Forum..since that's where you started anyway.
Welcome back....don't be a stranger....any mods to the RAV yet?

Still have the Zoom Zoom. Wife has the Rav. She wanted something taller and affordable. It's not too bad of a little truck really. Rides kind of like a Jeep but nicer inside. No mods yet. Going to sneak them in while she is not looking.

Just chillin. Going to ride in the Katy Flatlands road ride tomorrow with some friends. Have been training by myself for several months and got talked into the ride tomorrow to see if anyone remembers me there. I am sure that I will go unnoticed.

How are things EZ??

Ah...hah!!!! You are still hitting the trails!!
Your "Bicycle Discussion" thread is still going strong. RedHornet has been keeping us novices educated and up-to-date on the latest Tour De France.
As for my Stumpjumper, I've done a couple of mods....MonkeyLite bars, Shimano646 pedals and Panaracer tires. I'll be hitting the trails tomorrow.
Have fun on the road!!
SATundra will be glad to see you here. It's been kinda quiet on the Texas Forum. I missed the last meet in Houston back in April, but they had a good turnout, as usual. I attended the one before that at Tejas...which also was great.
BTW, who ended up with that purdy red Tundra of yours? Did you leave the toolbox on, that you had installed at Franks last year?
How's the Mazda been?....I went with friends to Port Aransas today and saw a yellow RX8 on the hwy. Didn't know they were already available.

The RX 8s are out. Saw one yesterday. Look pretty nice. I see the old Tundra around Conroe every now and then. Gave Toolbox to an old friend of mine rather than leave it in for the dealer.

My MTB frame cracked a couple of months ago. Got a replacment in, was rebuilt and while waiting overnight for me to come pick it up, the bike shop had a fire. We are still arguing about what to do. $3k worth of bike is tough argument with them. It wasn't right in the fire, but in the next room. Got a little smell from it and has had all rubber, leather, and plastic replaced. Have another picked out to try and race with this fall but haven't bought it yet. No road racing at all. Just a lot of riding. Work has been too hectic.

Hey hey SA. I kind of like this little RAV. I'll bring it by and we can put it up in the bad of one your trucks and take a pic. We will be in and out of San Antonio this summer. Try and give you a shout. Will most likely move there in a couple of years when we are ready to start our family versus raising them here.
