I have seen that truck also. Whoever it is has been working on the new Children's Cancer Research building. I never saw anyone around the truck though.

The guy in appearance looks alot like you. In fact today when I saw him I did a double take thinking maybe you had bought another truck. I just cant think of anyone in town that posts that has a blue truck.
