We had one in Houston on July 20th, we had a great turnout with newcomers, but it was waaaay too hot to BS outside (those pics will soon be posted).
Talked with Buzz about the Catfish Fry and we agreed that a cooler month such as late September or early October would bring more people to the meet. Plus, didn't want to put any pressure on Mrs. B until we are totally sure she is in tip top shape and ready to put up with our BS.
I am pretty tied down this month and the first part of September with this shutdown, I do not know if I'll be able to make it being on call and working these strange hours.
SATundra or anyone else interested in planning a meet, please post your input and suggestions and let the planning begin!
What about this Sunday doing a SA meet? Go to lunch and eat some BBQ at Caseys BBQ? EZ, Tun 00, Hover anyone else up for it? Caseys on 281 about noon? How about some of you other SA guys, any of you all want to come?
Any other suggestions for where to meet?

I'll be in laredo this weekend and probably won't make it back to SA till sunday afternoon. I could possibly make a late afternoon or evening meet though, but don't let me stop you guys...

Well EZ I am still up for it. Casey's has all-u-can-eat beef ribs tomorrow so I am going for sure. I had a BAD itch for them tonight but decided to wait until tomorrow to satisfy my appetite. I will be there at about 11:45 if anyone else wants to go.
BTW I am NOT gonna clean my truck. More of an eating-n-BSing meet. Tundra00 sure would like to see those new step tubes if you can make it.

Well.....I guess you're stuck with me and my dirty Tundra tomorrow. If anyone else is lurking here from the San Antonio area...please do join SATundra and I at Caseys. Just a short visit and enough time to watch SATundra fill up on ribs and make a mess!!
Dan....I'll eat your share of BBQ!
Tundra00....where are you?? You're MIA!!
Hover....enjoy Laredo....do you "habla" when you're there? If so, go to Nuevo Laredo and drink a "Marg" for me!!
Well it was just EZ2BME and I (and my son) but we had a good time. Looking forward to when it cools down and we can have another large meet. It is allways nice to talk to a fellow Tundra owner and kick tires.

You just need to retire. Only down side is that it takes a bit to get use to the different routine. Took me about 3 days. ---Buzzard
Ya, I agree with you guys. I'm ready to get back into the swing of things here in TS. Keep us posted on when and where the next meet might be, cause I'm game.
