Texas Special Edition Tundra!?

I was at Cavender toyota today and happened to notice a new Texas Special Edition Tundra.

Notice that new grille for the 03's that at least I have never seen before. Anybody else seen these around Texas? Maybe it's just a Cavender thing....

Mike I think that may be a Gulf States Toyota thing. Afterall, many of the Toyota Tundras once they reach the port GST gets their hands on them and add those extras that are not on many Tundras offered in other States. This was my understanding when I was talking with them that they personally add a special touch to some of these that they get.

Absolutely rediculous if you ask me. Slap some different logos on, a grill and running boards, and you pay $1,600 for some BS "Special Edition." I doubt that toyota even authorized a package like this. Looks like the dealer is trying to make an extra buck.

........Chevy, Ford and Dodge all have "Texas Editions". Just a useless and tacky option. The rims are cool, though.
