I haven't been able to get on the computer to look and I just now ran across the meet. I live about a mile and a half form main event/joe's/fuddrucker's. I showed up at 4:30 and all I saw was two 2004 Tundra access cabs sitting behind joe's with no people in sight. Was it all over by 4:30? Wish I coulda made it earlier if I'd known that was the case.
tundradriver, i left at about 4:30...we had about a 10-12 trucks there. A big thanks to Toyota of Ft Worth for bringing over the 2 doublecabs and the goodies.. also to Line-X for coming by and showing a sample of there work and the free shirts...and also to everyone else that got this meet setup. it was great to finally meet some people that havve been around awhile and some new faces as well. keep an eye out for another Ft Worth meet in the near future, hosted by Toyota of Ft Worth...see ya'll soon.

I just want to say I had a great time looking at everyone's trucks, and thanks for the excuse to come home for a weekend. Laurie and I are heading back to Lubbock Sunday afternoon. She and her little brother and sister also wanted to say that everyone was really friendly.
I also had my brother and sister in law there for a little bit, and my parents as well came by for a quick look at the concept DC and the other trucks.
I am trying to convert a FORD family to Toyota...
Great meet, I wanted to say a personal thanks to all the other members that made this meet possible, and hope to see those who didn't make it next time.

Were you driving a gold Tundra? Tom and I saw you drive by and slow down, we had to go into Fuddruckers to take care of some personal business.
We did start to leave about 4:30. Had a great time. have alot of pics and some video will post more in a little while.
I have over 60 photos that I shot and a few that Ron shot to upload, plus a few small videos. Im in the process of editing and renaming, and Im also at work today so it may take a while. I hope to have some up later today. If anyone from the meet or anyone else whats the raw, unedited photos, send me a PM and I send you a like to download them. Warning its over a 50mb zip file.
Well the First 20 or so pics are posted plus a few small videos. The video sounds not that good, it was very windy. If one of the Mods could take a look at what I have posted, I think I might have made some post in the wrong places.
Will try to get more up later today but will finish by Monday for sure. Im trying to do this at work and my connection here's not that fast.
I would like to thank those that showed up, and those that wished to be there. I thought it was a big success for a short notice. Many thanks to Tom Klam from Toyota of Fort Worth, John Jamroz, of Gulf States Toyota, and the Pesident of Lucchese Boots for showing up.
The Wheels are already turning for a BIG Meet hosted by Toyota of Fort Worth. So stay tuned.
Good times for sure! The shopping center that our shop is located in has plenty of parking and we are a block away from Texas Toyota. Add that to your list of possible locations for the next GTG.
If you missed getting a LINE-X t-shirt, I'll bring more next time.
I really did enjoy the meet. It seems like every time I go to one of these gatherings I learn something new ,Or see something neat. I had a good time .
I also wanted to say whoever was in charge of the meet and arranged the Toyota dealer and Toyota relations personal sure did a good job. I also liked the fixed up Tundras that were brought it for our viewing.
It's always fun to make the screen name face associations. Had a blast looking under the trucks and just straight BS'in. I think OKC was back already unless he posted those lineup pics from a laptop he brought with him
Yeah, I had to miss the meet too.. I had to help the wife put on her Earthfest for the Metroplex and Discovery Gardens... but I was putting the Tundra to use hauling stuff back and forth...
