Thanks to all that attended this meet. It is always nice to see you all in person at these meets. Your company is enjoyed very much. What a GREAT bunch of people.
A "SPECIAL" Thank You to Tejas Toyota and "iforce=horses" for sponsoring and organizing this meet as well. As Possum said below we will get off some more personal Thank Yous to Robert and some others soon. But Thank You all it was a great time.
Now it will be time to start concentrating on the LSB which is only about 1 month away.

Hey Gang,
Well....it's a little after midnight right now, just got home. SATundra, Hover, Tundra00 and I stopped off to have coffee and yummy...some good straweberry pie before splitting up and coming home.
The TEJAS TOYOTA event was great!! I sure had alot of fun BS'n with y'all today. Mrs Possum..had fun watching you crank up my stereo honky-tonkin to some Alan Jackson tunes, then jumping to the next CD and jammin' with some HipHop tunes. She's gettin' ready for that new Quad-Cab Tundra, Possum. It's gotta be a Limited, not an SR5
Floyd...a special thanks to you and the staff at Tejas for your kindness and hospitality while we were your guests. Man!! Y'all were great. What a first-class operation.
Buzz...hey, you are definitely alright, my man!! Thanks for the quick mod you did to my rig. It took Buzz all of one minute to change my power outlets to "always on". Thank you, sir!!
SANCHEZ......Beautiful Seq!! Nice color and dig that dual exhaust that makes your ride truly unique. Looking forward to seeing you and your family again next month in SA.
fluiid....Dude!...you've got the coolest regular cab in town. A rare bird it is, with 4wd and a V8. See ya at the Alamodome during the Spurs playoffs....GO SPURS GO!!!
Adam (Tundra00) was our man at the Auto Show. He took something like 150 pics and will share the choice ones, if not all with us shortly. Lots of badazz rides at the show, as he gave us a sneak peek of some of the pics he took.
Mike (Hover) was the roving photographer during our meet today, so I'm sure that he did his usual excellent job ot taking pics, which we will also see shortly.
Cleve (and your dad, Grover), it was great seeing you and that tuned and customized Tundra of yours. That rig attracts ALOT of attention...it's a white beauty, for sure
David (Tundragon) and Lelandstanford...nice seeing you guys again. Enoyed your company and hoping to see y'all next month here in SA.
Ron (Tundraholic)...as usual, it was a pleasure visiting with you and Mrs Tundraholic. Thanks a bunch for showing me how to correct the mount for my Borla's. Sure like those chrome IS wheels of yours!!
To all of you beautiful Texas Tundra wives and your equally beautiful children...thanks for your support and patience during this somewhat hot Texas day (It's only April!! ). Looking forward to seeing y'all and the kiddo's again at the LSB in SA.
Joe (SATundra)....thanks again for driving "Lead" in our convoy. With all that comm. equipment you've got in that silver beauty, you can only be known as the Bandit with the Silver Bullet keepin' all the "Smokies" at bay and keepin us that are cruisin' "shotgun" ticket-free
THANK YOU TEJAS TOYOTA STAFF IN HUMBLE, TEXAS!!!
WE'RE TRULY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!!!!!!!!!
Have you all seen how many "views" this thread has generated?? Is this right? WOW over 1000!
Hey yall thanks for a GREAT Meet... I had real good time!
Thanks to everyone who helped to put this on!
A special thanks to Tejas Toyota for all they have done.
It was nice to finally meet a lot of yall and put a face to the name!
I can't wait for the LSB!
Sure wish some of you other Texas Sequoia People could have come by. BUT it was nice to be the Lone Star Sequoia.
AND since I was the only Sequoia who made it by I was able to steal the SHOW and got a lot of attention!
I think most of the "looks" we under my Sequoia at my dual exhaust...
Since I don't have a Digital Camera, I have to get my 35mm film developed at the 1hr place and then scan them in...
I should have some up on Monday.....

SANCHEZ,
I think California may have the big edge on Seq's right now. That just makes you all the more unique in Texas, since there aren't that many on the road here. Not in SA anyway.
Yup....saw that 1000+ views..that's gotta be a fluke of some sort.
The duals on your Seq are definitely nice...cool tips, too.
Looking forward to seeing pics on the site. See 'ya next month.

Hey Sally,
You're partly responsible for some of this success. I remember PMing Sally last Summer, luring her away from the California Forum to give us "inspiration". We hadn't had any get-togethers down in South Texas and I was pessimistic about anyone being interested. Sally, you pushed hard, motivated us, and the "Possum" was launched.
Thanks Sally, you were right....it just takes a couple of people to start, then it grows from there.

It's my fault...I was up all night checking this thread for pics. Musta clicked on it at least a thousand times.
BTW...I don't think California has ever had more than one Sequoia show up for a meet.

I think Hover might still be recovering from yesterday. It was a loooooooong day for us SA guys. He got rather sun burnt yesterday.
Myself, I didn't wake up until 11:00 this morning. I can't even remember the last time I slept that late. Now the wife is telling me I need to go work in the yard.
Sure did have a good time at the meet.

First I would like to apologize for not making the Tejas Toyota BBQ Lunch Meet. Geesh, sounds like I really messed up not getting to this meet.
First off, the day before my friend open the passenger side door and slammed it against another car putting a dent right on the edge of the door of my Tundra.
Needless to say, I was pretty bummed out about it.
But today I atleast got good news in hearing that Tejas Toyota may have the man with a plan to get rid of this dent.
Since I was not able to be there for the Texas Tundras yesterday, I am going with my Dad to the Houston Auto Show to try to get some stuff from the vendors that may help donate to the LSB.
I will be anxiously awaiting to see the pictures soon.
Once again, sorry I was not there.
Wish us luck in getting some good stuff for the LSB!
