Thumbs up Good Tundra Repair and Service

Not often people state good experiences with service and repair shops. So I'm giving my $0.02 of my latest experience.

1) Tundra service at Classic Toyota (Round Rock) with Sally has been excellent. She has always gone above beyond and even fought for my concerns up the chain. Unfortunately, Toyota Coroporates "Extended Milage" package is a sham and my gripes are with corporate and not This particular center. I did however have to deal with another service rep when my normal SALLY was out of town. Man the difference was night and day! I have learned that it isn't always the center, but the particular person you go to.

2) Classic Collision (collision repair shop that Classic Toyota uses, yes I even bought the Tun here. ) Again Mike was A++ and the repair was top notch. It was done about 5 days earlier than I expected (14 days was my expectation) and even 3 days earlier than the ins co (12 days). They did everything they could to make my truck like new. Instead of replacing the entire rear panel (would break factory bed welds, need re Line-X etc) they replaced the outer skin. Checked the frame and fixed it (Yeah I was hit hard) and gave me a before and after computer printouts of all that stuff. Found a non notacible dent in the tailgate and made the Ins co take care of it. Only on a flat surface in certain light was it noticible. Only grip is there is a slight haze of paint dust on the truck and a long bufferable scratch where it looks like they had a small problem getting my cap back on. I wanted my truck taht day though so I didn't give them the chace to fix those. But Mike told me to BRING IT BACK and they will buff it all out while I wait. He was rather upset that I was fine with it and would claybar and buff my self. Again this could be due to the Person and not the Center, but to me I have my Baby back and she was taken care of exactly how I would have wanted.
