I am looking for a good auto shop or dealer in NW Houston. My 2002 Tundra is in need of a 60000 mile checkup. I have been to Joe Meyers and am not completely satisfied. Thanks for any leads.

Japan Car Care on Veterans Memorial.. Independent owner - toyota and honda certified
Phong is the only guy I will allow near my tundra... especially not the dealers !!!

You travel all the way from Bellaire to the NW side for service??? Must be worth it.

I have heard Skeeter's and Christian Brothers Auto are both good. I have not been to either one though.

I am unclear why this thread was moved. I do not want a generic shop or dealer. I am looking for advice on a shop that has experience with a Tundra; not just a good shop.

Japan Car Care is owned/run by former Toyota Certified mech.
Knows the Tundra very well

Check out the thread, Houston Area Toyota Dealership. Floyd (iforce=horses) works on Tundras belonging to several TS members, including me. I live in Austin, and it is worth the drive because I know my Tundra is in good hands.
