ok for those of you that live in fm here be very careful if you use kwick kar on 3040 and 2499 I took my Tacoma there today and they broke the cover plate on the inside passengers door for the mirror witch wouldn't have bothered me except they didn't tell me they just stuffed under the passengers seat!

so I go in and very politely talk to the manager we go out look at it he calls over a army of employees and a 1/2 hour later he tells me that it was broke when I came in I call bs because I am anal about my truck I tell him that I am 100% positive that that peace was on there when I came in and he told me that I broke the peace and that I should leave

So I called the bbb and the local paper and we'll see where this goes I don’t care about the part it only 30 bucks it just being told that I broke it and being treated so rude

A friend of mine took his truck there for some radiator work late last yr. After getting home he noticed some 'leakage'. Turns out the mechanic 'forgot' to tighten some hose clamps properly. The manager corrected the error, but it does make you a bit leary of going there for major work if they cant handle the minor stuff!!
