What do you guys think about getting together this Saturday or Sunday for a cheap lunch? Maybe Chris Madrids (burgers) or something. What do ya think.

It's on Blanco Rd, about a mile south of Hildebrand. Real popular place everyday. Been there for about 25 years. It's an old building that has pretty large seating area on the inside with outside seating too. They serve decent burgers and real nachos, not that crap with the plastic cheese poured over 'em.
Check out this link...it has pics to give you an idea of what the place is like. It's the local A&M Happy Hour group at Chris Madrids.

EZ I talked to Tundra00 and Hover last night. Looks like Sunday at 3:30 is the best bet. Guess we just need to decide where now. I'm up for suggestions. What about "Willies" on 281 north. Its a hamburger joint.

Haven't eaten there yet, hadn't even heard of it. If its fairly cheap and has decent food im game . Is it on the northside or southside of 1604?
Is everybody ok with Sunday about 3:30? Shouldn't be very crowded at that time.

My roommate ate there and said it was rather expensive. ($7 and $8 burgers) I work 2 minutes from there so I'm okay for Buck's.

Haven't been there yet. I just see it all the time. It's on the North side just West of Tom's Ribs. A friend of mine ate there and said it was good. I saw the menu and it didn't seem too expensive to me, everything was under $10. 3:30 works for me.

It is pretty chilly and rainy here! I guess this means my truck won't be washed and cleaned for tomorrow's meet...
btw, When I drove by Buck's Landing today, you could smell the food as you drove by on the highway at 70mph! Hopefully that's a slight indication that the food there is good...
