Cool One Word - WOW!

That is about how we can describe the Frank's Meet today. Gang, we had 21 Tundras and 1 Landcruiser! We had 39 people in attendance. It was great to see our familar friends as well as meeting our new ones.

Kat and I just got home and are waiting word from our SA Riders to report in that they made a safe trip back home.

What makes these events so special are not just the super nice rides, but those that drive them and their family members.

There are so many people that we would like to thank in making this yet another successful Frank's Pizza Meet that David (Tundragon) so graciously had for us at his establishment.

When we get our thoughts gathered I will post a proper "thank you".

Dan & Kat

David, Thanks again for your hospitality.

That food was great, I took an extra slice of pizza back for LZGUY he was kinda hungry. I even think I saw a tear in his eye as we left your lot.

It's 11:00...just got home. SATundra, Hover and I made it back okay.
Wouldn't 'ya know it...it was clear sailing all the way, thanks to SATundra's surveillance equipment. We get into town and pull off the freeway on an exit ramp to return Joe's walkie-talkies and a cop pulls up with red lights on and his flood right in my face.
He was cool, though....just told me we couldn't stop there and to pull around the corner to do our thing.
As I'm writing this, I hope Joe didn't get stopped by a second cop who noticed me flashing my brights at Joe as I was about to take my exit. The cop suddenly slowed down to change lanes, but by then I was on the cloverleaf and lost sight of Joe.
He didn't call me on the cell, so I guess he's okay.
Anyway, we had a great time and thanks again Possum and Kat for dinner at Papadeaux.
A BIG THANK YOU to TUNDRAGON (David) for hosting us at his restaurant. A big success and nice to meet some new folks as well and check out the new stepside.
Thank You to the dealers reps who joined us and provided us with freebies and other good information.

Well finally home safe and sound. A BIG THANK YOU to all that attended this meet. It is always nice to see old friends and meet the new members as well. David (tundragon) once again we appreciate your hospitality and the use of your place. The food was great and the prices can't be beat. We had a great showing of all different kinds of trucks. It seems like everyones truck is getting taller or louder. A big thank you to Dan and Kathy for spearheading this meet, sure was fun. Thanks again to all that attended.

John that policeman did pull up next to me before I noticed I was doing 70 in that 55. But guess he decided he had other things to do because he just took off after that. Hope Mike made it home ok as well.

Looking forward to the next get together.

Hi David! Looks like I am not the only one that keeps crazy hours especially after today...yesterday? Thank you for having us again! As quoted by you, "A successful event like this one involved all of those that participated."

So here's to ya Gang....

I feel I have missed talking to several of you as I was BSing a lot and got so caught up in it when I went outside to take our group picture a lot of Tundras were gone.

But ya know, I am gonna wipe away those tears because I know this will not be the last of the great meets we have. I was reading back to our first Frank's Meet, we had more people and Tundras than we did our first time in Feb. 2002. They just get bigger and better!

Many thanks to all for putting a smile on my face along with laughter!

No need to look for gifs they are all on that "Checking In" thread...

So in closing I have found the purrfect picture of the way I feel(compliments to Mike!)

GOOD NIGHT TEXAS!

Smile Many Thanks!

Hello to everyone that attended Frank's Meet yesterday! I wanted to thank David for his generous hospitality for having another meet at his establishment. I too wanted to thank all of the people and dealer reps that donated prizes and freebies as well.

It was really great to visit with some of my Tundra friends and meet new faces. If I did not get around to saying "hello" or "good-bye" to some of you, I got kind of stuck babysitting this weekend at the meet and answering my cell phone from the hospital.

However, I will be looking forward to the next meet seeing all of you again. Also, I will have a new exhaust on my Tundra.

BABROOOOM!
