Default Width of 2007 Tundra Steel Wheels vs. Alloy Wheels?

I just picked up a 2007 Tundra with 18" steel wheels on it, and I have a lead on some alloys for the same year. I was looking at OEM tire sizes, with 255/70-18 on the steelies and 275/65-18 on the alloys. I will be getting the alloys without tires, and I was wondering if I could mount the 255's on the alloys without problems, and of course still looking good. I guess what I really need to know is the width of the alloys and the steelies the same? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Newbie

From my experience you should have no problem , the aspect ration (side wall size) between the 70 and the 65 is minimal ( 70 % of tire width verses 65% of tire width) . Your side wall will bulge out a little more but not so as to become a concern.
