i read here one time that you could take the sensors out and just leave them in the glove box or somewhere else and then you could do the reset thingy. well i've got mine in a bag in the center console and have tried hat rest thing at least a dozen times with no success. i just got used to the light, but would love to see it gone without cutting....

any thoughts...

you can make a small cylinder of pvc pipe wth a valve stem to pressurize. I had a friend with the same issue on his 07 DC so I told him to make one and just keep it in the cab somewhere and it worked for him. 1 piece of pipe, 2 caps, one valve stem, pvc glue, 4 sensors and a way to pressurize to 32psi. Install valve stem, glue one cap on, instert sensors, glue second cap on, wait for glue to cure, add air, park the canister inside the cab in the location of choice and reset light if needed. No more flashng light.

Is it assumed that all 5 have to present? My spare valve stem (and hence sensor) siezed so I took it out and replaced it with a regular valve stem and can't get the system to re-set. Pressure is up in all tires but light is still lit - can anyone confirm that I need spare tire sensor for system to work.

Yes if the truck came with a sensor in the spare you will need all five sensors in order to reset the system.
