Default Advice on wheel/tire size

Just picked up a 2wd Tundra with the stock alloy 265x70x16. From reading the posts, I want to upgrade to 285x75x16 with a 2" leveling kit. My questiions: 1)which leveling kit should I go with, Cornfed or Tuff country. 2)What size wheels should I go with? 16x8 4.35 backspacing? I'm still confused about that. Anyone have a set-up that they like with no problems?

thanks for the advice

I'm looking for the same info, if you find a good answer let me know. I have a 4x4 and am putting a 2" lift on.

hello clay, i just put the 2.5" daystar lift on and bf goodrich at/ko 285/75/16 on the stock rims. the lift leveled out the truck and it looks great. the tires fit great, but if you turn the steering wheel all the way the tire rubs slightly on the plastic slash guard. (not a big deal). the daystar lift came with front coil spring spacers, isolaters and new nuts and bolts ($110) it was worth it.
