Default Backspacing Question...

I'm looking at some 17" rims that have 5.5" backspacing. I'm soon going to install a 2.5" daystar lift w/ 1.5" AAL and wanting to run a 285/70/17 tire. Am I going to run into rubbing issues or should I looking into a 1.5" wheel adaptor? I don't want to order something that I'm NOT going to need.

Thanks,
Kevo

How about 17x9 with 4.5" backspacing? Would that be a better fit?

Nevermind, did a little more searching and found that 285/70/17 will probably rub the frame @ full-lock with 4.5" backspacing! As long as it isn't rubbing the UCA I'm happy!
