Default Bad wheels finish

The finish on my 17" wheels on my 07 Dcab taco is like bubbling. I haven't hand washed it since last fall (I live in Indiana) but hit the car wash it every 2 weeks or so. Has anyone else had this problem?

That is a normal problem with tacoma wheels and you will get NO relief from the dealer or toyota.
