Dont you think there is a minimum recommended size for a reason? Its "doable", but you might have a tough time finding a shop that will mount them for you.
Red River Toyota in Denison, Texas has a CM with a set of 305/55/20 BFGs mounted on stock 20" wheels. Its doable and looks good. I prefer a bit more offset, but it works.
