I think this is correct :

Lug pattern - 6 x 5.5"

Thread Size - M12 x 1.5

Center Bore - 105mm

OEM Hex Size - 21mm

Backspacing - 4.5"

Offset - 0mm

Someone jump in and correct me if I got anything wrong.
