If im getting aftermarket 18"s can I use the TPMS from my factory rims?

it depends on the wheel... and how/where the hole for the valve stem sits

Can I use the stock TPMS from my 18s on Ultra Goliath 20s??

typically you are only able to re use the sensor from the base steel wheel and not the 5-spoke.

There are band kits were you can use the sensor from the 5 spoke wheel and just use a standard valve stem.
