Default Rims for 08" sequoia

Hey guys few questions, thinking of changing my rims on my 08" and my 1st question is:
What is the biggest rim i can put on my 08 sequoia without suffering on performance?.......What i mean is i like the smooth ride and i know by putting bigger rims the ride performance will suffer..

2nd ?

I know that the platinum has 20in.with P275/55R20 which i am leaning to but a couple of dealer said i can go 22in.and still has the performance?.....Is this true or not?....

I told both dealer why and they said because the sequoia is equipped with the front high mounted coil spring double wishbone with low pressure gas filled absorbers and hollow stabilizer bar in the front and back?....
