Default Gen-1 Tire/Wheel fitament question.

I have been looking at the XD "Diesel" in 17x9 with 5" backspacing and a 265/75/17 A/T tire. I was wondering if that would fit on my truck or if any of your guys know. I know the rim is .5" narrower than my current wheels, but also has a .5" more backspacing, so I would think the tire/wheel combo would be fine and probably no different than what I run now.

Any thoughts?
