Tire fitting question

I have an '02 Tundra Xtra cab with a ProComp 2" Leveling lift installed. Will I have any scrubbing issues with a 285/75-16 tire. I had rubbing issues with them prior to the level lift and was unable to run them. If anybody knows from experience, please let me know now because I am ordering them tomorrow, however it will take 2 weeks to get them because of the backorder due to the promotion. Thanks a million!
