TRD BBS 18x9 rims Machined lip ?

I am shopping for a set of TRD BBS 18x9 rims for my '02 Tundra and have found a set, but they have some curb rash.

In reading online vendor's descriptions, it says that they are painted, with a machined lip.
Hard to tell from photos, but if the lip is machined it would make removal of the curb rash
cleaner and neater than trying to paint it over.

Anyone have these rims, and if so can tell me if the lip portion is machined, or painted ?

My 2 cents. I have them on my Tundra and I love them. My take on this is the lip is machined so that there will this flat area at the edge of the wheel. It makes them look deeper (I like that). The whole wheel is painted in that satin silver that gives them a real class look. What you're seeing on the wheel is not bare polished aluminum ... it's the paint that gives them a uniform color.
