Default what tire size/style to replace stockies...

I have the stock 265/70R16 BFG Rugged Terrains on IS Rims with no lift and unfortunately no intention to lift or lower my 06 Double Cab. I want a beefier stance and might even toss some spacers on there to stick the tires out a bit. But what tires should I go for? It would be nice to fill in the wheel well so I'm willing to go bigger, plus I guess if I toss spacers I probably won't rub.

The TireRack tire picker suggests General Grabber UHP for me and I like the look of the tire, but I only have 16" rims so there will be lots of meat. The only off roading this truck will see is at a construction site and it spends most of the time on city/highway or in a parking garage at the office (hence I can't lift her).

Below are some current pictures...
