I would like to fit 35's on my 2010 rock warrior but Im actually liking the stock wheels that come with the rock warrior so I don't think I would buy new wheels. The wheels are 17x8 and the tires Im looking at are the Nitto Mud Grapplers.
On Nitto's website the recommended wheel width starts at 8.5" but my wheels are only 8". Do you think this would cause problems or would it still be ok?
Right now everything is stock but if I did the tires I would add the Toytec Ultimate 3-3.5" lift with it.
So mainly, just wondering if the 35's would fit on my stock wheels with that lift.
I haven't seen that set up on the site yet. Anything is possible with a sawzall. Usually a 12.50 tire will go on a 8" rim. You might still run into the rubbing issue on skid plate and body mounts that others have with similar setups. Good luck!
Well if I stick with the stock Rock warrior wheels the wheels will be 8" wide and the 35x12.50x17 nitto mud grapplers are actually 13.19" wide.
But if I end up getting wheels too I will get 20's, in which the 35x12.50x20 are only 12.20" wide but it won't matter because I will be able to buy the appropriate wheel width/offset.
Anyone know where I can find the offset of the rock warrior wheels?
The mud Grapplers will rub on the UCA's. As long as the actual width of the tire is not over 12.5", they will fit. The BFG Mud KM2 measures 34.8x12.50, thus would fit.

I believe the RW wheels are 17x8 +50 with 6.5" BS, 24lbs
Thank You! I actually wanted to know the BS, not the offset, so thank you for adding that in there!
Well, Ive always wanted 20" wheels with 35's so maybe I will do that, and it wouldn't hit the UCA's since they are only 12.20. I wanted to do it on my last truck but it was a quad cab dodge dakota and to me that wheel/tire package just would have been too big so I did 33's on some 16" wheels.
