Default Whats a Good street tire for 4runner?

What are you thoughts and longevity on these tires for street only?

YOKOHAMA GEOLANDER HTS, HOW IS RIDE AND HOW LONG DID THEY LAST YOU?
GENERAL GRABBER HTS, ANYONE HAVE LONG TERM EXPERIENCE ON THESE?

I know that MICHELLIN MS/2 is a no brainer, but what about above tires.

Grabbers are #1 on C.R., but even at DISCOUNT TIRE they don't sell as many GENERAL hts AS THEY DO THE geolanders and NICHELLINS LTX M/S.

I have run the Yokohama Geolander's on several vehicles and love them. Good quiet ride and they last a long time at a lot less than Michelins.
