I want to buy a set of spare wheels for my 2006 Tundra so I can put snow tires on them and just swap back to summer wheels/tires without dismounting them. I can't find any junkyard Tundra wheels and was wondering if wheels from any other trucks would fit. Just ordinary steel 16" wheels would be perfect.
I didn't think 16s fit your year. Don't they come with 17s? Nissans and many silverados have the same 6bolt pattern, but I think the offset is around 3.5", too far out. You can try tacoma or fj cruiser wheels. I've never lived in snow but I'd think alloys would resist rust. Too bad you're so far, I have a set of stockie 16s w/spare sitting outside.

My 2006 4x4 regular cab Tundra came from the factory with 245/70 R16's But I run 245/75 R16 tires for more ground clearance. I think the same year Sequoia had 17's.
you learn something everyday, I actually just got told the same about the 16s about an hour ago. thanks for letting me know though. for some reason I've never seen an 05-06 with 16s, access or crewcab, where I live. Doesn't mean they don't exist.

I have an 01 and it came with 16" steel wheels.
I have a set of 17" Sequoia Wheels on it now with Revos and it is just fine.
I just traded the 01 Tundra for another 01 Tundra and the new one also had the 16" steel wheels with new crappy rubber,I swapped the wheels/tires from my old 01(17" Sequoia's) over to the new 01.
To take it even further,I stuck the Tundra 16" wheels on my 94 Land Cruiser and it works fine.
Looks silly but works.
