This is a discussion thread titled "Lug nut torque for 2000 V8, 2 wheel drive", within the Tires and Wheels forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
Just picked-up my Applied Rotor Technology rotors/pads. Does anybody know the torque requirements of the lug nuts? I need to be exact - don't like the idea of warping the new rotors!
Rotors look great!!!
Other than the installation procedures mentioned a few weeks back, any suggestions for replacing the rotors/pads?
Would a 4wd be different than a 2wd? My owner's manual states 83 ft lb.
My 2000 owners manual and Toyota shop manual say 83 ft lbs for all factory alloy wheels.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
