Default Advice on Cooper Tires for Tundra

I need to purchase new tires and was wondering if anyone had advice on putting Cooper tires on my Tundra, I have Michelin LTX-MS on now, but price wise, was wondering if Cooper Discovery tires would be ok.

I just put a set of Cooper Elites on my wife's Turbo Beetle and they are fantastic. Ride is great with very little road noise. We've had 3 snows so far this year and it is so much better in the snow and rain, its tough to believe this is the same car. Made in USA and sidewalls are very crisp in detail indicating a lot of work went into the dies. Took very little wheel weight to balance. We have started to put Coopers on our fleet vehicles where i work and put a set of Discovers on a Jeep Cherokee about 20k ago. I just checked them for wear last night during a 5k service and they show very little wear.
I'm going to put these on my new Tundra when i need them.
Good luck

I sold coopers before at Express Tire/Goodyear. I have got to say that the cooper discovery HT is a great tire. I've seen these tires go over 70k miles on alot of trucks. The a/t is a good tire as well but the H/T last forever and are smooth. Also look into the BFG A/T Ko's they last forever too.

I have Cooper S/T tires. They may be a bit aggressive for what you are looking for, but they are amazing tires. Wear great, but have a bit of noise with their aggressiveness.

Default cooper tires

I'm getting ready to replace my Rugged Trails at 27k. I love buying tires! I thought the Revos were the tire until read of road noise issues. For me the #1 use of my truck is towing my trimaran (sail boat) I live near Pittsburgh Pa. so alot of highway miles to the ocean be it florida or to one of the great lakes. The Tundra is a great towing machine!!!Any way I was just getting ready to post the same question too. The Cooper Discover H/T load range D in the 265-65-16 looks to be the tire for me.The other option was the Michelin LTX. I run Coopers on my work truck. Great milage and traction and not the most expensive tire out there.
