Default Mickey Thompson tires for winter?

Anyone ever try any of the Mickey Thompson/Dick Cepec tires on their Tundras in winter? Just curious as I don't see them on very many trucks. I would tend to think that they are more of a sand, mud or rock tire and not so good for snow and ice but I could be wrong. Anyway they don't seem to be to popular at least around here anyway.

my MTXs did great in the snow last year, we got 30" from one storm, all the roads in MD were closed for a day, but I was still rollin. They don't pack at all. Only thing is, these tires wear pretty fast, as do Baja Claws.

My brother-in-law likes his Fun Country II's. Says they do well in snow and rain, but they are too quite. (he loved the sound of his Pro Comp MT's)
