Default Largest Size Tires On Stock Sequoia

What are the largest size tires that will work on a Sequoia without lifting it? IMO the stock wheels look too small for this size of a SUV. I would love to put 285/75/16's on it but am sure this would require an aftermarket lift. What can be done using the stock suspension and wheels?

heatmiser,

check out this thread:

Sequoia: Wheels & Tires

there's probably more info than you needed to know, but you should be able to find your answer in there.

Thumbs up

FYI. I just replaced my original Dunlops with Michelin 'Cross Terrain' 275 x 70 x 16's
They are on the stock alloy rims and they fill out the wheel wells much better than the Dunlops. They are only marginally taller and wider than stock but the difference in appearance is noticeable with no rubbing at all.
The ride on the Michelins is great and the speedo difference is tighter now also.

Good luck

Steve
