Default 33" Spare Wheel Cover

I haven't looked at a wheel cover in person so I am not sure if they do cover the back or only the front, but I am looking to buy a 33" spare wheel cover that not only covers the front of the wheel and tire but the entire back as well preventing any type of dust or dirt in. To give you an idea of what I plan on doing, I might be buying a 5th wheel (Enkei Deep 6) and tire for the just incase reasons, and what I am going to do is put that wheel in the spare wheel location (underneath the back) of my Sequoia. Now to prevent any types of dirt, rust, etc I want to put on a wheel cover on that will keep it clean, hopefully one that covers the back of the wheel too, but with a small opening just to let the spare wheel hanger/rope fit in so I can mount it. I guess I am looking for the ultimate protection for the spare wheel. I have searched online for 33" spare wheel covers and have found several, but they only show pictures of the front of the cover on the wheel, no pictures if they cover the back and it doesn't say in thier descriptions if they do. Hopefully you guys can help me out here.

Oh and also, is there a device to prevent theft of the spare wheel, like some sort of heavy duty lock or something?
