Question Tire Sizes for 3" lifted 05'

Hey everyone, i bought 265/75/16 BFG A/T tires for my truck, because of rubbing issues with the 285/75/16 (M/T's) and everyone taking off their front mud flaps. Did anyone get a 285/75/16 All-Terrain tires for their 05' and have rubbing issues????? Thanks!

I read on the truxxx site that a 3 inch lift is sufficient to run 33's.

I've got 285/75r16 Yokohama M/T's with no rubbing on my access cab. I also left the mud flaps on.

Yes, a revtek lift. I haven't taken it off-road but I've hit some potholes and traintracks pretty hard and no rubbing yet. I think the Yokohama's O.D. is 32.9"
some of the other M/T 285's I looked at measure (listed) 33.1"

First of all, welcome to TS Glad you stopped by.
