Default Alignment and Uneven Tire Wear

I've read with interest the threads regarding uneven tire wear and alignment. I understand there is a specific recommendation by DJ about the settings, which I have copied down.

I just recently had an alignment on my '03 Tundra at 21065 miles. The Dunlops were wearing on the sides (rear tires) so I replaced them with Cross-Terrains. I now am seeing unusual wear on the Cross-Terrains.

Here are is my current alignment:

Front Caster Left: 1.9
Front Cast Right: 1.9

Front Camber Left: -0.3
Front Camber Right: -0.4

Front Toe Left: 0.10
Front Toe Right: 0.10
Total Toe: 0.20

Their readout shows:
* Caster specifications of an allowable minumum of 1.6, maximum of 3.1
* Camber specifications of an allowable minimum of -0.8, maximum of 0.7
* Total toe specifications of an allowable minimum or -0.10 to 0.30

Is that toe allowable range correct?

Any thoughts on my alignment with respect to tire wear?

Thanks very much,

coburn

Did they do a 4-wheel thrust alignment where they precisely measure the direction of thrust of the rears and align the fronts to that? This also picks up the rare cases where the rears are out of alignment due to manufacturing defect or a crash.

What inflation pressure are you running?

Running 35 pounds in the Michelins now.

Not sure if they did a 4 wheel thrust alignment. Will alignment shops generally know what I'm talking about if I ask for that?

I bought the truck new and it hasn't been in a crush.
