    Default Who runs a 305/55-18 ??

    I'm looking at throwing a set of Pro-Comp 18x10's with Nitto 404 305/55-18's on my '06 AC


    . Does anyone have pics of that size tire?

    Be careful with backspace or you will be rubbing the frame on turns and the upper A-arm almost all the time. 4" BS or less would be better. I would test fit it before hand if you can.

    Not quite.....I run Pro Comp 18x9 and Nitto 285/60R18. Backspacing on the Pro Comps is 4.75", which as Agent noted was not thought to be ideal, but I have NO rubbing issues at all. I have only a 2.5" Daystar front lift. If you don't lift more, I would assume you would rub somewhere.

    I'll probably go with the 18X9's also. (4.75" BS) with the 305/55/18's. So what are my chances of it not rubbing. The increase in radius should be about ~0.8", so my real worry would be clearence to suspension components.
