Default Performance after towing

I have read that the onboard computer adjuts drive train parameters , transmission shift points for example, depending on the way it is being driven. This is changed every 1/2 hour or so and can be reset by disconnecting the battery?

My question is how these setings are impacted by towing a trailer. I assume they would change considerably?

Do they still change if you are in tow/haul mode and when you come out of tow/haul mose do they persist or does the system remember the pretow settings and revert to them?

Tundra 6 speed auto with 5.7L.

I've been towing a 22ft boat all weekend (in tow / haul mode).
Haven't noticed any change in shift points when not towing (and out of tow / haul mode).

I have towed our RV (4500lbs-5000lbs) 4 times and I could tell it changed in tow mode. Once I stopped towing and went to regular mode, it was just like it use to be. I did notice going down a hill that it adjusted the tranny to keep my speed on what the cruise control was set to, it was kinda cool. I use to do it manually with the Sequoia. Yes, it towed so much nicer than the 4.6L in the Sequoia. What a difference!!
