Default Brake Controller placement in 2005 DC?
After doing much research, I am planning on getting the P3 brake controller...now I am trying to decide where to mount it? Does this have to mounted permanently in the truck? Any ideas/pics welcomed. Thanks.

mine is basically mounted below the key. way high above the right knee. it has been there for months and no issues.

The P3 comes with a bracket, so the unit can be removed relatively quickly. I did a permanent installation, in the same location as the other posters.
