It would be nice to have a U-shaped dinette; ours is pretty small and can only seat 4 comfortably.
One thing i noticed about this outback 5er, is it has white cabinets and i don't think i like that. I'd imagine i could get different cabinets?
It also has 15" tires, which would be the first thing i would request to be upgraded to 16". It has a nice big mirror right above the king pin, which would make hitching up a breeze. And a HUGE front storage compartment underneath that would be nice.

Thanks for the tips.
The Ushaped dinette is amazing, don't know how I lived without one. Honestly I don't think they make different cabinet styles...each model has it's own. Mine are both white and wood colored. Didn't like pics of it but it looks awesome in person. The funny thing about storage in these things...in my 25 footer, we were packed to the brink, in this thing I have tons of empty cabinets and spaces, and I've even added a ton of stuff!

we hesitated with the white cabinets, but everything whips of them and after 2 years they still look new.

Well my brother just looked at the Outback 5th wheel, and they can have it for what they want. $35k for a 28'.......no thanks. Paid $19 k for our 25' in 2006 brand new, and it'll have to do for a few more years. Still a pretty solid trailer though.
He did say it was a sweet azz trailer though. Nice U shaped dinette and a nice good sized pantry about 3' deep or so. He did say it weighed 7200 dry, which the tundy would handle it just fine i think.
He did say the 2 they had there were all white cabinets, but one did have different cabinets in the front but white in the kitchen, or something like that anyway. I guess after the sticker shock, i didn't pay real close attention.

We came back from Palo Duro SP today and I was pulling the TT with 55psi in the front, 60 in the back. I noticed a bug difference from the P-rated tires.

BTW, getting out of the canyon is a 10-12% grade incline and I'm pulling a 9300 pound TT. 1st gear all the way up and I was amazed at the pulling power.
