Gonna be moving this on over to the towing forum.
The guys that tow day in and day out hang over there.

Basically they all do the same thing though some combine sway control. Get what works best for you, fancy isn't always best. Really just depends on how much money you want to spend, how often you are going to tow and the conditions you will normally tow under. As for best that's really just a matter of opinion. My set-up, Prodigy P3 brake control, stock Toyota receiver, Husky 1000 lb WDH and sway control and by Monday Airlift Ride Control 59500.
If you want the best give ProPride a call: ProPride 3P Trailer Sway Control Hitch for safety while towing I run a ProPride and it is amazing! I used to use an Equal-i-zer, and it was great with a smaller (21') trailer and my Tacoma, but wouldn't handle my new trailer. I stepped up to the ProPride because I didn't want to buy a new truck. The ProPride works as advertised and controlled the trailer. But I still didn't feel safe towing a large trailer with the Tacoma. So here I am with a 2008 Crew Max.
For a brake controller, I recently changed out my Prodigy with a TruControl Gold. That thing is fantastic!
I think they are all pretty much the same. I have an Equalizer WDH. The sway control is "bult in" so there is nothing more to add on when hooking up the trailer. Be sure to get a WDH that is rated for your trailer weight.
Look on the internet to buy a WDH. You can probably find one for $200-300+ cheaper than one at your local RV dealer, even after paying for shipping.
Check out the Hensley Arrow - the top of the line towing system for no sway, and weight distribution. The ProPride is more or less the same thing. The original designer of the Hensley and another guy split off and have apparently made some improvements.
Both work on the same principle and I'm sure either would give you the best towing experience possible. I have more info on my Hensley Arrow on my web site. JD and Beastlet here on TS is installing a ProPride today, so he might be worth asking as well.

For a couple of years we used the Equal-i-zer on a 4,500 lb 24' trailer behind my wife's Acura MDX. (We were right on rated capacity). It tracked very true, never had the tiniest bit of sway, and rode dead level at all times, regardless of (over)loading.
Then I read in the MDX handbook that they didn't allow WDH at all. It was time for a bigger trailer anyway

Speak of the ...
Yes, I did the install Sunday. Here she is in all her glory:
I haven't written it up on my website yet but I did document the installation in nearly 100 pictures (with comments).
Like the Hensley, the ProPride 3P eliminates sway instead of attempting to control it through friction. We were running with an Equal-i-zer 1k/10k before but with the relatively short wheelbase of the Sequoia with a 30" trailer the ProPride was a logical upgrade.
And no, they are not cheap. :P

Reason: accuracy
another vote for the reese dual cam HP, had it for a few years and it has been good to me.
I am sure the hensley is a good setup, but a little on the high end of the price scale for me.

that hitch is way cool and way way expensive, it is about double of an air ride one, i run with a normal sway control on the tool trailer and as long as a load it right i get no sway. i was driving in Georgia today and even had a hard time making the trailer sway. i think a large part of sway control is how you load the trailer.
