Default Quad plus trailer

Lots of info on trailer towing , but couldn't find anything specific in regards too bed weight and trailer weight. I've got an 03 Tundra with towing package. I'll be towing a 19 foot dual axle terry trailer 2500lbs dry (probably around 3500 loaded , MAX) and I'll have a polaris scrambler in the bed of the truck 600 lbs. I've got a brake controller already. My question is would I need some sort of WDH or anti sway setup. Haven't towed with this setup yet and don't want too get in over my head without the proper setup. Thanks

Hooked everything up with WDH and there is no way. Truck completely bottomed out. Guess I'll be tenting it for this trip. Time to look at tent trailers. 1000 lbs on the rear axle is over the limit

What is the max weight for your rear axle? I am pretty sure your tow cap is around 7k and you are well under that (max 4100 as stated). What is the tongue weight of that trailer?

The problem wasn't the trailer, it was the combination of the trailer tongue weight and the quad in the back of the truck that caused it too bottom out. Quad is a bit over 600lbs and the trailer tongue had to be over 400lbs.

air bags will help.

Did you have a weight dit hitch? this will help also by moving some of the weight to the front axle.
