You're OK towing a 2000# trailer as you are. If you bought the truck (not leased) and plan on keeping for a long time, yes, do add a transmission cooler...$50 for the B&M from Summit. I don't think a fan is needed, but is a help when driving very slow & steep. Do routine transmission fluid replacement, maybe drain & refill every other oil change (10k) or a complete flush & replacement every 30-40k.
You do have brakes on that trailer?...The Tundra is only good for a 1000# unbraked trailer.
